What is Kudos Inspire?

Kudos Inspire is a key element of Inspire, a new approach to raising young people’s aspirations and achievement, developed by CASCAiD in partnership with the Inspiring Futures Foundation.

Kudos Inspire builds on the already popular careers matching program, Kudos, to offer a complete and integrated package that supports individual success. An ‘Inspire Me!’ tool enables students to consider careers that they could aspire to if they aim to achieve a higher level of qualification.

In addition to careers matching and information, Kudos Inspire offers extra features that raise the aspirations of 13-19 year olds. Kudos Inspire enables students to: identify suitable careers; explore their transferable skills; consider progression routes; identify gaps in their skills and subject choices; create a UCAS personal statement; produce education/career plans and build their own CV.

This exclusively online tool also helps young people to consider their subject choices, with progression routes that show the post-16 subjects relevant to professional careers.

Program features

  • Personalised careers matching based on interests, skills and aspirations
  • ‘My Skills’ identifies transferable skills and highlights how they link to careers
  • ‘Inspire Me!’ tool shows the additional careers that students can aspire to
  • ‘Progression Routes’ highlight routes to professional careers
  • Information on university-level courses
  • UCAS Personal Statement builder with in-depth guidance
  • Subject checker in ‘My Subjects’ enables students to identify the subjects they need to take
  • Detailed information on over 1,800 careers and over 4,000 photographs
  • ‘Explore Articles’ provides a database of relevant articles, eg, ‘Apprenticeships’
  • CV building tool to create and manage a CV
